This is just for fun actually. I just download i-portable ftp from Softpedia, the installer is SFX rar archive. I notice that Softpedia have put their logo to replace the default logo. So i was thinking to make my own logo also. So what i do is i fire up my PE Explorer and edit the resources.

Right now i am using free Wireless connection from school 500 meters from my house. Before this I couldn't even connect to Google due to terrible wireless signal.
In this tutorial I am using Aztech 802.11b/g USB Adaptor. If you have wireless pci card. the procedure still the same. By doing this you can increase your wireless signal up to 12Db. There are few products out there that you can purchase but that’s not cool at all. Do it yourself!

I just downloaded and installed Internet Explorer 8 Beta Version. Microsoft has released the public beta of Internet Explorer 8 for both Windows Vista and Windows XP SP2. The reason i installed this version is want to make sure whether my upcoming wordpress blog and some applications for my others website will appear correctly in this new browser version. Actually Internet Explorer (IE) is not my favourite browser since i doesn't have much addons compare to Firefox . I really recommend you guys to use Firefox since it safer and faster..hehe

Remove virus with autorun.inf (haha.js) from your flashdisk or usb storage

Before this i wrote about how to protect your Flashdisk from virus. I make an e book for that.. and it was downloaded about 3000 times. So i got a lot of feedback from people telling me that its only protect flashdisk only. The software that i am talking about is Flash Disinfector . How does it work? With one click installation flash disinfector will remove autorun.inf and replace it with the new (hidden and read only attribute) autorun.inf folder. How to check all programs that runs in your computer

Sometimes after you installing a software your pc may experience longer time to start. This probably happen because you have too much program load up while your windows start up. I do have few program that automatically start when windows start. Are the all necessary? Mostly don’t. How do I check those startup program that running in background of my system. I am using AutoRuns from www.sysinternals.com/

What is Autoruns?

Autoruns shows you what programs are configured to run during system start up or login, and shows you the entries in the order Windows processes them.

You can choose to disable and enable back which program is necessary to run together with system to save your RAM (memory). For me services like apple software updater, adobe updater and other update service is unnecessary. Another similar program is process explorer.

How to create favicon and put them into blogger template

Do you notice that this blog has firefox logo as a favicon. It will work only when you are using Mozilla fireox browser. I dont know why in IE (Internet Explorer) the default blogger favicon appear. If you want to create your own favicon, just prepare your desire logo and go to Chami. Chami provide you free picture to favicon conversion. What you have to do is download your favicon and upload them at your own hosting or Googlepages

If you like to save a web pages and print them while surfing, Aardvark is the must have Firefox Add-ons for you. Previously i write a post about how to save a web pages as a picture format (.jpg) using free online service.This is much more advanced compare to it.

What is Aardvark?

Powerful and user-friendly selector utility for selecting elements and doing various actions on them. It can be used for cleaning up a page prior to printing it (by removing and isolating elements), for making the page more readable..

Basically Aardvark help you to save your printer's ink and pages by removing the unwanted elements on the web pages. I will guide you step by step on how to do this. Firstly install Aardvark Firefox Add-ons Go to web page that you want to print and right click. Then choose to start Aardvark.As you mouse over the page, you will see a red rectangle around the current block element, together with a label showing its type,id, class, and style. You can minimise the web page by removing certain elements. What you have to do is click R to remove the element See my example.

How to capture website screenshots and save them as picture format (.jpg) using free online services

I love surfing internet and save an interesting website, normally I am using save as function on the menu bar in the browser to save a webpage. Some webpage have a lot of picture and may took up to few MB of disk spaces. I found out that this is not practical at all. When I read izzat3114 new post about Test your web design by BrowserShots.org I found out that I can make use of this online service to make my life more practical and easier. The purpose of this free online is to take any screenshots of a website using different web browser and different operating system. What that mean? You can test your site in any browser without installing different browser. I am not gona tell you about testing a web design, but I just wana guide you how to capture a website screenshots and save them as a picture format. So you can save your disk space.

How to?

Firstly go to http://browsershots.org/
Enter which site do you want to take a screenshot or to capture. Remember to tick only one browser. My suggestion is capture it using Mozila Firefox 2.0. If not you have to wait little bit longer to get your screenshot.



Then click submit. You will be redirected to the download area. Don’t download the file yet. If you download the screenshot, you wont be able to read the text because its small and compressed. Click on the picture then click again on the picture to get the Hi-res original website screenshots. Right click and save as.

Someone asking me how to fix problem cause by the Haha.js viruses or mallware. When you want to open your hard disk or pendrive you will get this error message

Before you proceed please consider to update your antivirus protection first. My recommeded antivirus is mcafee antivirus, antivirus norton, or you should update your antivirus programs. This is the steps to solve this problem. I am not a good writer so i show the picture tutorial. Its much more easier. I hope you will like it.

First Step
Go to start > control panel. Inside the control panel click folder options. In the folder option window go to view and do this. 1. Untick the Hide protected operating system files 2. Choose to show the hidden files and folder. See pics. ( just ignore the warning message) Remember to undo this after you finished doing the last step!!.

Second step
Go to my computer. Right click on your infected hard drive and click explore.

Third step
Find this file "Autorun" and delete that file

Last step
